Stainless Steel Works
Handrails, architraves, gratings, ladders, covers and marine-grade fittings.
Stainless steel is an alloy steel — chromium, usually with nickel — and the chromium is what does the work: it forms a passive oxide film that reforms whenever the surface is scratched. That is why it survives coastal air where carbon steel will not, and why it is specified for anything a hand touches. MSR’s stainless scope is the largest in the catalogue: kilometres of handrail, architraves, floor gratings and drainage covers, ladders, gates, poles and masts, brushed and polished to a consistent grain.
