MSR Construction Company Ltd has delivered architectural metal, glass and façade works on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia since 2014.
Founded on many years of Türkiye-based practice, the company was established as a foreign investor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2023. Its people, however, have been on Saudi sites for more than a decade — fabricating and installing architectural metalwork, structural glass and façade systems, and carrying out Information and Communication Technologies works on the Haramain High-Speed Railway Project.
The work is subcontract work, and it is meant to be. MSR is a solution partner to main contractors: the specialist who is handed a detail that has to be right, and who owns it from shop drawing through fabrication to the moment it is signed off on site.
That scope now runs across nine disciplines — from Cor-Ten screen walls and stainless handrails to perimeter fence systems, frameless glazing and station-wide ICT installation. Most of it sits in the same few hundred kilometres of the Kingdom’s west coast and its holy cities, and much of it is landscape and infrastructure work that has to survive salt air, sand and 45 °C summers without losing its edges.

Vision 2030
Saudi Arabia is building at a scale that has no modern precedent, and the specification has moved with it: architectural metalwork that used to be a line item is now a visible part of the design. MSR’s aim is straightforward — to be a dependable specialist subcontractor to the main contractors delivering the Kingdom’s giga-projects, and to earn a place on the projects that define the 2030 vision.
